If your sailor, or you as a parent, are interested in time on the water in addition to your scheduled class time, please arrange a day with one of our instructors. The cost is based on an hourly rate. Click Here to email Julie for additional information.

Meet Bergen

Lead Instructor

We are delighted to announce that Bergen Fischer will be continuing to lead our youth sailing program this summer!

"As a soon-to-be freshman at the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee, I am looking forward to starting in Lubar School Business Scholars Program and also studying music.  I am excited to again teach the amazing kids in Oconomowoc Lake’s Sailing Program. I have sailed several Sailboats, spending five years on an Opti, four on a 420, and four on an MC. This year, I will be competing with an MC on Lac La Belle and Oconomowoc Lake. Last year I competed on North Lake and Oconomowoc Lake. In the past several years, I have also taught at Saint Joseph Sailing School, North Lake Sailing School, and Oconomowoc Lake Sailing School, and am excited to continue.

Besides Sailing, I enjoy many other activities such as Singing and Downhill Skiing, both of which I made it to the state competition this past year. Next year I am hoping to study business, continue vocal competitions and Ski as often as I can!”
