Julie Bartol

As the General Manager of the Oconomowoc Lake Club, Julie (Jules) Bartol brings a wealth of expertise and a steady hand to the helm of this historic institution. Since stepping into the role in 2020, Julie has applied her more than 20 years of private club management experience to ensure the club remains a premier destination for its members.

Her leadership is defined by a comprehensive approach to club excellence, focusing on:
- Operational Oversight: Julie oversees the daily operations of every department, ensuring that the high standards of the Oconomowoc Lake Club are met in every interaction.
- Strategic Financial Health: She is directly responsible for the club’s financial stability and long-term growth, balancing fiscal responsibility with the enhancement of member amenities.
- Membership Growth: Serving as the primary point of contact for membership inquiries, Julie is the first to welcome prospective members into the OLC community.
- Team Leadership: A strong believer in professional development, she actively supports and mentors the club’s management team to foster a culture of service and collaboration.
Julie’s deep industry knowledge and commitment to the OLC community make her an invaluable asset to the club’s ongoing success.
Nancy Nelson
Executive Chef | nancy@clubolc.com
Nancy has been the Executive Chef at Oconomowoc Lake Club since February 2016. With 20 years of experience in the service industry, including time at Sanford Restaurant and numerous high-end restaurants in downtown Milwaukee, she brings a wealth of expertise to the club.
At OLC, her main focus is menu creation for the Commodore Room, Dockside, club events, and fine dining wine dinners. Always staying current with culinary trends, she loves adding a creative touch to the club’s offerings. She is also available to assist members in designing personalized menus for special events, accommodating dietary restrictions or allergies to ensure a seamless dining experience.


Tasha Motto
Marketing & Communications Director | olc@clubolc.com
Tasha is a Wisconsin native with a background in the wedding industry. She is proud to be part of the OLC community and is focused on enhancing member engagement through creative communication. Her goal is to keep members informed and excited about club happenings and aims to bring fresh ideas and contribute to the club’s ongoing success.
In her spare time, she enjoys exploring state parks, diving into local history, and going on adventures with her husband and two children. A true Jeep enthusiast, Tasha never misses the annual Jeep Invasion Festival in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

Sandy Gonyo & Jenny Fetzer
Dining Room Managers
Sandy and Jenny bring years of experience to OLC’s dining experience, ensuring top-notch service for members and guests. Sandy, who joined the club in 2021, has over 40 years in the hospitality industry and a background in event management. Jenny has been part of the OLC team since 2009, working her way through various roles to become a Dining Room Manager.
Together, they handle dining reservations, staff training, and daily dining operations. Their shared commitment to exceptional service ensures a seamless experience for all members.

Sarah Gingrass

Sarah brings over a decade of hospitality leadership, with experience managing weddings, galas, conferences, and arena events at the Pfister Hotel, the Baird Center/UWM Panther Arena, and Marriott. She’s recognized for her creative problem-solving, collaborative style, and passion for crafting seamless, memorable experiences.
When she’s not planning events, Sarah enjoys tennis, yoga, diving into a good book and spending Tuesdays with her two beloved grandchildren.
Rick Dzielinski

Rick is the backbone of the OLC’s maintenance department, ensuring that everything from the tennis courts and lakefront to the clubhouse interior stays in top shape. With an incredible 42 years of dedication to the OLC, he brings unmatched expertise and commitment to keeping the club running smoothly.
Beyond his work, Rick has been happily married for 34 years and is a proud father of two adult children. When he’s not keeping the OLC in pristine condition, you’ll find him enjoying the great outdoors and making the most of his time with family.
Katie Trudell & Jane Schmittinger
Accountant & Bookkeeper | bookkeeper@clubolc.com
Katie has been the accountant at Oconomowoc Lake Club since 2020, bringing over 15 years of accounting experience. Working remotely, she manages the club’s bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Jane is a bookkeeper at OLC since 2021 and works part time in the office Tuesdays-Thursdays. She is a lifelong resident of Oconomowoc where after raising her family she now volunteers her time at the American Legion Auxiliary & Waukesha County Conservation Alliance (WCCA).
Katie and Jane both share an email to help manage all accounting transactions and provide quick responses to member emails.
